Do you guarantee a job?
No. Our services improve how you present yourself and prepare you for the process, but every hiring decision is the employer's. We do not guarantee a job to anyone.
Is my résumé shared with anyone?
Not without your consent. Résumés are held on Jobringer, our partner job portal, as set out in our terms.
Payments
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Prices in rupees include all taxes. Overseas payments in US dollars are invoiced without GST.
Can I pay from outside India?
Yes. Choose International at the top of the page to see prices in US dollars and pay by international card or bank transfer.
For employers
Will we get a GST invoice?
Yes. Indian companies receive a GST invoice in the company's name. Companies outside India are invoiced in US dollars without GST (zero-rated export of services).
Is our company information shared with anyone?
No. Your company details and contracts stay with HINDCO and are never shared with any other platform, including job portals.
Can we have more than one contract?
Yes. Many clients sign a contract per financial year or per role. All of them are kept in your employer account.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Confidential searches are a large part of our work, and we sign your NDA before the brief.
Can you hire 100 people in a month?
Often, yes, depending on roles and cities. Tell us the numbers and locations and we will give you an honest plan.
