Our story
We began with one discipline: finding people companies could not afford to get wrong.
HINDCO opened on Lamington Road, Mumbai, in April 2003, searching for middle, senior and top management across IT and non-IT sectors.
Over the years the work grew with our clients. Companies that trusted us with confidential leadership searches asked us to hire their teams, then their plants and branches. Today we hire at every level, from campus drives to the boardroom, and run career services for professionals at every stage.
What has not changed is how we work: we research before we search, we speak to every candidate ourselves, and no profile is shared without the candidate's consent.
